Partnership Support and Fertility Counseling
This is a great option if you would like to begin preparing your body for pregnancy, have struggled with conceiving or frequent miscarriages. I utilize a combination of modalities that really depend on your symptoms and history. I have studied fertility from incredible OBGYNs, midwives, acupuncturists and various cultural traditions around the world so each approach will be integrative and tailored to you and your partners specific needs. Although not necessarily a requirement, but having partner support and participation is really important to achieving your fertility goals. Falling pregnant is really 50% you and 50% your partner
Pre-conception planning may involve recommendations to see specific specialists such as chiropractors, pelvic floor therapists, acupunctures, or mental health counselors - should these situations arise where we believe this is the best option to expand your team, I will help with finding someone that you feel comfortable and safe with. If you are in Florida, I have personal references.

This dream has always lived inside my heart, just waiting to be born. I’ve been deeply invested in women’s health for most of my life. Since my son was born, I’ve explored various fields to find my footing in this vast world of women’s health. When I decided to pursue midwifery, I realized how many women are chronically sick. I increasingly saw that nurses are trained to be educators first and advocates second. This realization made me question whether pursuing an NP was the best option.
After much reflection and prayer, I found myself drawn more to an educator role rather than direct clinical care. I began to envision my business and what I could offer. I noticed a gap: social media pages either focused exclusively on non-pharmacological, non-surgical advice or were heavily skewed towards pharmacological, surgical, and hospital-based treatments. I found myself in the middle, feeling emotional and overwhelmed for women who seemed to be caught between these extremes.
We talk a lot about how sacred birth is and how it deserves to be protected (which I firmly believe), but it’s equally important to recognize that women are sacred first. I’ve had my baby at home and would do so again, but I also take ibuprofen when needed and don’t view birth control as the enemy. Women find peace when they feel supported, not judged, and are knowledgeable about their decisions.
I began reaching out to friends and family to review lab work and address health concerns. Many left their doctor’s appointments feeling stressed and scared, often with lab results that providers deemed “fine,” but which I found concerning. This pattern of incomplete exploration and bandaid solutions drove me to focus on root causes.
I was drawn to a new role that felt aligned with my values, outside of midwifery. I wanted to provide functional and integrative health and wellness support to women seeking answers, support, and guidance during their healing journey. Thus, Uterine Wisdom & Wellness was born.
